WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES?

We currently ship via USPS. Shipping is free on orders over $75. All other orders will have shipping calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the address it is being delivered to.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

Please wait at least 3-5 business days to get your package after it has left our warehouse.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your ordered is processed you will receive tracking number via email or text depending on the contact method that was entered at checkout.>

MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact your local USPS. After contacting the shipping provider, if you still need assistance locating your order, please feel free to contact us at info@eleven22collection.com and one of our team members will be happy to assist you.

Refunds, returns and cancellations

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?

: In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please alert us via email (info@eleven22collection.com) as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item. We will kindly provide a return shipping label so that you can send your item back. Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur after wearing or washing the item.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. If your order is flagged as fraudulent, your order will be canceled immediately.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

We aim to process orders same day. We do not allow the cancelations of orders. If you purchase the wrong size or color, please contact our customer service department via email: info@eleven22collection.com. However, we can not promise that your error will be corrected during the shipment process.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Upon completion of your order a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you. When you order is complete you will be transferred to a confirmation page containing your order number.
